I am delighted to write this review for Miri on your appointments team. I have never known a service like it. I called TODAY to see if she could urgently find an appointment with a specialist. Every appointment was taken. Miri went out of her way, actually over and beyond a customer service I have ever experienced. We have an appointment with the specialist required TODAY ! What an outstanding member of staff, full of empathy, kindness and concern. I can only say my stressful and worrying journey has been completely handled with respect, guidence and love. Well done Miri for doing your job so well!

The staff were fantastic (Nurses, Consultant, Theatre staff, Physios,Catering) 5* Excellent. BUT the room was TERRIBLE Fronted on car park bright lights all night could not sleep-3 nights- window blinds totally inadequate - complained while there including to the Hospital Director- they all said they knew about the problem for years, it is a problem in quite a few rooms -but they don’t have budget to fix it. FIND ANOTHER HOSPITAL

This place does not deserve any star. After care, after surgery is non-existent. They gave us phone number to call if patient had any issues, my wife became sick with high temperature so i called all the numbers provided but no body answers any phone i ŵas on hold for hours. So do not rely on this hospital after care. We came though private insurance that we pay personally, we were rushed to leave hospital and night shift nurses have zero knowledge Attached picture is card where we were suppose to call

Went in for spinal epidural on 15th November. A member of nursing staff was uncaring and left me in pain. Ward staff had no knowledge of symptoms that could occur after procedure and I was left in terror, googling what was wrong with me. I have made a formal complaint and depending on the result of their investigation, I will post again in more detail. To update, I have received a reply to my complaint wherein they have used the standard corporate speak by repeating each point and evading the main issues. They say they have taken statements from the staff concerned and that their investigation does not reveal substandard care. So far, so unsatisfactory. To be continued......

My wife has had a shocking experience. She had surgery moved over 4 times, paying for services she never received and when complained was only offered partial payment as a ‘goodwill gesture’, yet over a month later, Spire continue to earn interest and withhold the funds. Their response after agreeing to partial payment is to ‘seek legal advice’. They do not value their patients at all and continue to ignore emails. Disgraceful service.
